Job Title: Kindergarten English Teacher

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview:
Al-Arqam School American Section is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team. The perfect candidate should be passionate about teaching, have a strong command of the English language and literature, and be able to inspire students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that meet the needs of all students, utilizing various teaching methods to enhance learning.
Curriculum Design: Develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials that align with school standards and educational best practices.
Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate students’ progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Provide timely and constructive feedback and grades.
Classroom Environment: Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and respect.
Student Assistance: Identify and support students with diverse learning needs. Provide additional help or enrichment activities as needed.
Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any issues that arise. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school meetings.
Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with educational trends and enhance teaching skills.
Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in or lead extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs, writing workshops, or school publications, to further enrich students’ educational experiences.
Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in English, education, or a related field (a master’s degree is preferred).
Certification: Valid teaching certification or license in English (as required by state regulations).
Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred.
Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in integrating technology into teaching.
