- Basically teach all the English language skills that 'll enable students to communicate in English . -Make lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with the curriculum goals. -Prepare instructional aids, supplemental teaching materials, and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs. -Deliver lessons using various differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the academic level and meet the diverse needs of students. -Develop students' verbal skills including reading out loud, discussion and debate. -Identify the needs of individual students and work to help each student to develop her / his own potential . -Establish and maintain standards of student behavior that conform to School policies and promote learning in the classroom. -Monitor performance and progress and modify instructional methods to meet individual needs where necessary. -Prepare and administer assessments that are curriculum-aligned. Grade assessments and assignments. Assessment for learning. -Cover coworker sessions when needed. Undertake professional development activities to ensure continued professional growth and development of teaching skills.
