-Key responsibilities: 1- I integrate hands-on experiments, inquiry based learning, and technology to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts based on the NGSS. 2-Delivering interactive and engaging science lessons using a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students. 3-I create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and nurtures students' scientific curiosity. 4-Assessing student progress and maintaining accurate records of their performance. Providing timely and constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues through assessments, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences. 5-Establishing clear behavior expectations and maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning. Implementing effective classroom management strategies and addressing student behavioral issues promptly and appropriately. 6-Recognizing and accommodating the individual learning styles, abilities, and needs of students. 7-Collaborating with colleagues in the Science Department and across other disciplines to develop interdisciplinary projects and promote the integration of science with other subject areas. 8-Actively participating in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school-wide events. 9- Maintaining open and regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and upcoming events. Responding to parent inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 10- Staying current with the latest trends, research, and best practices in science education. Seeking professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
